Service policies

Information about working with Globalesm. Your proposal, statement of work, or subscription agreement defines the terms of your engagement.

Pricing and scope

Quotes and proposals

Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal. If no expiration date is provided, pricing may change if scope, assumptions, vendor costs, timelines, or availability materially change before approval.

Subscriptions

Subscription pricing is based on the selected plan, billing cycle, number of users, and any agreed add-ons or implementation services. Pricing changes will be communicated according to the applicable agreement or subscription terms.

Scope changes

Work outside the approved scope may require a change order, updated proposal, or additional approval before the work begins.

Billing and payments

Accepted payment methods

Payment methods are shown in your proposal, invoice, subscription checkout, or account billing screen. Depending on the engagement, Globalesm may accept card payments, ACH or bank transfer, and other approved business payment methods.

Invoices and subscriptions

Consulting, implementation, and custom development work is billed according to the statement of work, proposal, or master services agreement. Software subscriptions are billed according to the plan, billing cycle, and number of users selected at signup or agreed in writing.

Taxes and fees

Prices may not include applicable taxes, bank fees, currency conversion fees, or payment processor fees unless stated otherwise. The client is responsible for taxes or charges required by law for the services purchased.

Late payments

Past-due balances may delay project work, support, access to paid features, or subscription renewal. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the billing contact before any service limitation related to non-payment.

Billing questions

If you believe an invoice or subscription charge is incorrect, contact Globalesm as soon as possible so we can review and resolve the issue.

Software and service delivery

Digital delivery

Globalesm primarily provides consulting services, integrations, software development, and software subscriptions. Deliverables are typically provided electronically through secure links, project repositories, deployment environments, documentation, or platform access.

Project timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the agreed scope, client approvals, third-party access, data availability, and technical dependencies. Milestones and acceptance criteria should be defined in the applicable proposal or statement of work.

Account access

For software subscriptions or managed services, access details are provided to authorized contacts after signup, payment approval, or contract execution, depending on the service.

Physical materials

Globalesm does not generally ship physical products. If a project requires hardware, devices, printed materials, or other physical items, shipping terms will be handled separately in writing.

International services

Remote services

Globalesm may provide consulting, implementation, software development, integration, and subscription services to organizations outside the United States when the engagement can be supported legally, technically, and operationally.

Compliance and restrictions

International engagements may be subject to export controls, sanctions rules, privacy laws, data residency requirements, vendor restrictions, and local business requirements. We may decline, pause, or adjust an engagement if legal or operational restrictions apply.

Taxes and local obligations

Clients are responsible for applicable local taxes, duties, withholding, government filings, or compliance obligations unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Data handling

If a project involves regulated data or cross-border transfers, the applicable statement of work or agreement should define data handling expectations, subprocessors, security responsibilities, and any required contractual addenda.
